Our Services - Care for Every Stage of Life
Chiropractic Care at Elite Chiropractic
Chiropractic medicine is a safe and effective treatment for many types of neuromuscular conditions—those involving the nerves, muscles, and joints. Chiropractic care is based on the scientific understanding that your body is regulated by the nervous system, and proper joint movement is essential for optimal health.
When the spine or extremity joints become irritated, injured, or restricted, nearby nerves may become aggravated, leading to pain, stiffness, and other dysfunctions. As a chiropractor, Dr. Ethan identifies these restrictions and works to restore proper joint motion and neurologic function through adjustments, mobilization, or manipulation.
Determining Your Individual Needs
At Elite Chiropractic, care goes beyond the adjustment. Dr. Ethan evaluates and addresses other contributing factors that may be affecting your condition, including:
Muscles and soft tissues
Posture and ergonomics
Lifestyle habits
Exercise and movement patterns
With comprehensive diagnostic training, Dr. Ethan will help determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition. Your safety and long-term well-being are always the priority.
Common Causes of Joint Restriction

Auto accidents and whiplash

What Is an Adjustment?
An adjustment (or manipulation) is a technique used to restore normal motion to joints in the spine and extremities, including the arms and legs. Adjustments may involve:
Gentle pressure (mobilization), or
A quick, precise thrust
Adjustments are typically performed on joints that feel stiff, restricted, misaligned, or “locked up.” The goal is to improve movement, reduce pain, and support proper nervous system function.
Did You Know?
Approximately 80% of people in the U.S. experience back or neck pain at some point in their lives, and many experience recurrent episodes.
The Flexion Distraction technique is highly effective in reducing sciatic pain and aiding in the rehabilitation of disc injuries
Instrument-Assisted Technique offers an alternative to manual adjustments. The tool is adjustable, allowing for customized force delivery, and, when appropriate, can be used on patients of all ages.
Arthrostim is a patient favorite in our office. This tool helps break up adhesions (knots) in soft tissue, promoting tissue lengthening and restoring range of motion.
