New Patient Paperwork
New patient paperwork for chiropractic care is emailed once your appointment is scheduled. It can be completed ahead of time or arrive a little early and complete it in the office.
Your First Visit
Your first appointment takes approximately 30–45 minutes and includes:
Time with the Doctor to truly understand your health history, lifestyle, and concerns.
A focused examination tailored to your area of complaint.
Discussion of a plan to bring relief.
Your first chiropractic adjustment, when appropriate.
Dr. Ethan takes the time to answer your questions and ensure you feel informed and comfortable with your care.
Follow-Up Visits
Subsequent visits typically take 15–20 minutes. During these appointments, we will:
Check in on your progress

Provide treatment

Common Chiropractic Myths
“Once I go to a chiropractor, do I have to go for life?”
No. The number of visits recommended depends entirely on your condition and your personal health goals. Dr. Ethan will never pressure you into long-term care that isn’t appropriate for you. Your body will tell you when it needs attention—and when it does, we’re here to help.
“Does chiropractic work for everything?”
No. Research shows that chiropractic care primarily affects the mechanics of the spine and extremity joints, as well as the nervous system’s ability to communicate effectively with the body. Because adjustments influence the central nervous system, many patients experience improvements in a variety of conditions—but chiropractic is not a cure-all. If your condition is outside the scope of chiropractic care, we will help guide you to the appropriate provider.
“Do you accept insurance?”
Yes. Elite Chiropractic is in-network with most insurance plans, excluding Medicaid. If you do not have chiropractic coverage or are paying out of pocket, we are happy to discuss affordable payment options.
“What ages of patients do you treat?”
We proudly treat patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Treatment techniques are always adapted based on age, condition, and individual health needs.
